Max. Download Speed - This is dependant on how busy the network is. It is only available to customers who connect to the Kei Mor ISP network via an installed home / business connection. It is not available if you connect directly from a Laptop, iPad, iPhone etc., to a Kei Mor ISP Antenna several houses away - I have stopped signing up new customers with connections like that because built-in WiFi antennas perform poorly when communicating through obstacles and over long distances, meaning that data has to be resent many times over, which slows the network down.

Changing account? - You can change from one account to another on a month to month basis. We charge a R30 admin fee and you must let us know of your intention to change at least 3 working days before month end. You cannot change account in the middle of the month.

Going away? - Don't want to be billed when you leave town on holiday? That's fine, we wont bill you for the data you won't be using, just the monthly connection fee that is built into your subscription. e.g. A 1GB Bronze account costs R90 connection fee + R60 data per month. The connection fee is what we charge for maintaining the network every month.

Cancellation - One calendar month email or written notice is required to cancel your Kei Mor ISP subscription.

Please note: We manage the speed of our uncapped accounts depending on the performance of our network. If our capacity is stretched we will dynamically shape and throttle certain clients' uncapped accounts to relieve congestion. These uncapped clients will be chosen based on their historic bandwidth usage. The uncapped users who have used the most bandwidth will be throttled first if there is network congestion. Throttling will affect long downloads first and the burst speed of the account second. The quoted speed of the account will remain unaffected for normal web browsing.
